Customisation
There’s room to adjust the stone, metal and finer proportions, or add something more personal through engraving or a small birthstone set into the piece. If you’d like to take the design in another direction, get in touch and we can talk through the possibilities.
Order process
Each ring is made individually to order, with production taking approximately 5 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to finalise any remaining details before your piece moves into production. From there, we’ll keep you updated as it progresses through the studio, and once complete, your ring will be carefully checked, packaged and sent via insured delivery.
Shipping and returns
We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping Australia-wide, with delivery typically taking 1–4 business days. Please allow extra time for Western Australia. Available Now pieces are dispatched within 3-5 business days of order confirmation, unless resizing is required. International shipping is available via FedEx Express, with costs quoted on request.
